Residential Services:
Consists of providing to clients the following plumbing services:
- Renovations: Includes alterations, relocations and/or renovations of plumbing fixtures.
- New home construction: Single family homes, cottages, water front properties, townhouses, custom homes.
- Maintenance: General repairs ex: toilets, faucet repairs, tubs, drain cleaning.
- Emergency service: Leaks, floods, pipes thawing, busted drains, blocked drains, sump pump back-up etc
- Heating: Hot water heating ex. Hydronic heating, boilers, minor duct alterations.
- Rural services: Differ from regular urban plumbing simply because many rural clients are faced with the problem of having "hard water"and no pressure. Hard water contains high levels of calcium and magnesium. These minerals have a highly corrosive effect on the plumbing systems, thus causes plumbing problems to occur at 3 or 5 times the normal frequency. The company offers the knowledge and service of well pumps and piping and water conditioners.
Commmercial Services:
Offers the same service as for residential clients, usually related to larger buildings.
Sub-contracting Services:
With this category of service, the firm will accept plumbing jobs from other companies on a sub-contract basis.
Maintenance Contract Services:
Toll Plumbing and Heating establishes agreements with property management firms, apartment buildings, and business owners to provide maintenance and emergency services.
Plumbing Fixture Sales:
The Company can obtain fixtures from a variety of plumbing suppliers, on a as-required basis.
